This Privacy Policy applies to the "Color Finder" app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Chuchosoft Corp. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use
The Application requires specific permissions to function as an Augmented Reality (AR) game. The data accessed through these permissions is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
Camera Permission To play the game, the Application requires access to your device's camera. The camera input is used solely in real-time to analyze the colors in your surroundings and determine gameplay progress. No images, photos, or video footage are recorded, saved to your device's storage, or transmitted to any server. The image data is discarded immediately after analysis.
Device Sensors (Gyroscope/Orientation) The Application uses your device's motion sensors (such as the rotation vector sensor) to track physical movement and device orientation. This data is used strictly to determine if you are turning in the correct direction requested by the game and holding the device correctly. This sensor data is processed locally for immediate gameplay feedback and is not stored or transmitted.
Local Game Data
The Application stores game-related data locally on your device, such as your current score and best score records. This data remains on your device and is not shared.
Third Party Access
The Application does not currently use third-party services that collect information used to identify you.
Security
The Service Provider values your trust in providing access to your device sensors and camera, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
